Curriculum Process Review

Assisting RMIT College of Business and Law DPVC Research in analysing process challenges associated with HDR program consolidation.  Scope included:

​

  • issues and challenges investigation associated with RMIT Student Administration Management System

  • process investigation current and future internal and external research funding journal and reporting

  • inter departmental stakeholder engagements

  • Data Analysis of current and projected student load, student profile, completion and retention data. summarising key findings

  • Financial modelling of curriculum development and operating costs, net investment return, cash flow forecast

  • Co-ordination of coursework design

  • Key Findings and Business Case preparation
