With over two decades in the construction industry , Wendy found her passion leading change in the educational sector. Wendy specialises in strategic space planning and major project delivery.

Richard is a  construction professional with over thirty years' consultancy and client-side experience managing complex projects at all stages from site identification to operationalisation.

Richard is particularly skilled at managing teams through change and ensuring post-handover activities are properly reflected during project design and delivery.
